Back to back sunsets on this blog! While sometimes I seek out sunsets for the colors in the sky, there’s other times where I am simply finding time to operate the camera come sunset. That was the case for me in January, after getting in a full day of skiing at a nearby Lake Tahoe resort.
Before turning back to San Francisco, I had to check out the lake. Luckily I had my photo equipment along for the ride. This photo captures a beautiful Lake Tahoe sunset from Zephyr Cove on the Nevada side. I would love to visit again in the summer. It was just above freezing while taking this photo.
