As has become customary for Mrs. Jeffsetter and me the past few years, we sent a card to our families and friends to celebrate an excellent 2014. While the past few months were rough for my publishing schedule on this blog, things have never been better from a family, business and travel standpoint.
Because we pack a lot into each year, we have decided to forego the traditional Christmas card format. Instead, we send infographics that highlight the fun things we did this year, share in some of our accomplishments, and highlight our travels.
In addition to the normal travels that take place throughout the year, 2014 also had several firsts. It was my first time moving out of the state of Minnesota, where I had lived for over 30 years.
It was my first full year working on my new businesses, which has made work more exciting than it’s ever been.
It’s the most international flying that I have done in any year, and definitely the most nights spent away from home. Over half of the year was spent in hotels or guest bedrooms.
While I would love to think that 2015 might be more calm, relaxing and less busy, I am all but positive it will be even more exciting than 2014. Hopefully I keep up the energy enough to be able to share the details in a more consistent manner on Jeffsetter.

Happy new year everyone! Thanks for sticking with me.
